Because of the size of Brainerd Public Schools and its numerous facilities, BPSA has a primary office in the Washington Educational Services Building (Room 203B), and also has ancillary archives at several other BPS facilities.
The designated ancillary archives are used to store archival material, both accessioned into the BPSA collection, and pieces that haven't been archived, and may not be archived for various reasons determined by BPSA.
