Question: What are the bus zone guidelines?
Answer: If your home address is over one mile from your school you are inside the bus zone and may register for a bus if you need transportation to or from school.
Question: If we move who do we contact to make an address change?
Answer: Contact the Student Enrollment Center at 218-454-6917, and they will make the address change. If you will need bus transportion besure to let them know and they will then forward the information onto our office. We will make the change, and send a new card to your child's school.
Question: What if we change day care?
Answer: Contact the Transportation office at 218-454-6920 and we can make the change and issue a new card if the daycare is inside your child's school attendence area.
Question: How long will it take to get my new bus card?
Answer: The first month of school it can take up to 10 working days to get a new card. After the first month bus cards are always sent out on Mondays to your child's school and changes start on Thursdays. Start dates are always printed on the card.
Question: Will I be notified if my child's morning bus is running late?
Answer: If a bus is running 15 minutes or more behind schedule a Sky Alert message will be send out to families.
Question: What do I do if my child does not get off the bus?
