SUBSTITUTE: TEACHER & NON-CERTIFIED POSITIONS:

To complete an application for a substitute position, the forms are available in the Payroll Office at the District Office. Staff at the District Office will also need to make copies of your current driver's license or picture ID and signed social security card. If applying for a substitute teacher position, an active Minnesota teaching license must also be provided.
