• Candidate Filing Packet.  Mail the following forms to Washington Educational Building Services, 804 Oak Street, Brainerd, MN, 56401, Attn: Kelli Forsythe, or email them to kelli.forsythe@isd181.org.
  • Affidavit of Candidacy
  • Copy of Driver's License 
  • Address of Residence Form - (This form must be completed when a candidate has checked the Private Data box, certifying that their address of residence for the purposes of candidate filing should be classified as private data.)
